Studies have demonstrated that how we move our bodies can affect our brains and minds, this is why practising yoga has an impact on how you feel and expands your sense of what's possible. Yoga and meditation empower you and provide a view of our lives from outside the jar. While Yoga is my favourite tool to tackle life's challenges, dancing is my best-loved action to connect with my inner joy.
