MAMA INDIA RETREAT
RITUALISE YOUR LIFE AND THRIVE
Mama India is a 7-day immersive cultural retreat rooted in joy, devotion, and the art of coming home to yourself. Through direct connection with a family lineage in Kerala, participants are invited to explore the living folklore, rituals, food, and sacred rhythms of everyday Indian life — not as observers, but as guests of a living tradition. This retreat is a celebration of life: of faith, trust, shared meals, heart-to-heart connection, and the simple joy of being human together. Guided by lineage-based rituals, ancient Ayurveda, and the yoga of love (Bhakti), and supported by modern subconscious and somatic practices, you learn to honour your Self — body, mind, and spirit — while restoring your relationship with nature and natural wisdom. Here, you remember how to rest, how to feel, how to belong, and how to return to your most natural, authentic frequency.
